Tayla has been a coach for over 4 years and specialises in strength and resistance training, weight management, women's health, and powerlifting. She's taken clients to powerlifting competitions state-wide and has been competing herself for a little over 3 years. She's helped people navigate through their injuries, helped them reach their goals through training and nutrition, and has a bit of banter along the way.
